About me
I design complex products so teams can ship with clarity.
Hey there, I'm Sean, a product designer focused on enterprise SaaS and AI-enabled workflows. I enjoy taking messy product problems and turning them into clear, practical experiences that teams can confidently build and scale.

What I focus on
Most of my work is in products where workflows are complex, stakes are high, and teams need design to do more than make interfaces look clean.
- Activation and onboarding journeys for complex products
- Design systems and reusable product patterns
- AI-informed UX flows with trust and explainability built in
How I work
I work closely with product, engineering, and data teams from discovery to delivery. I like being in the room where hard tradeoffs are discussed, and helping teams make decisions they can execute with confidence.
- Clarifying ambiguous product problems through structured exploration
- Using prototypes to de-risk decisions early
- Driving decisions with a balance of user insight and product metrics
What people say I bring
- Systems thinking across features, teams, and product surfaces
- Clear communication with stakeholders and engineering partners
- A practical approach to moving from concept to shipped outcomes
A bit more personal
I care about craft, but I care just as much about momentum. I regularly read books and essays on product strategy because they sharpen how I approach decisions, tradeoffs, and execution in real teams.
I also enjoy coding projects. This website is built by me in collaboration with AI, which reflects how I like to work: hands-on, iterative, and focused on quality at speed.
Outside of work, I recharge by exploring new places while traveling, trying great local food, and diving into the latest video game releases. Those interests keep my product instincts fresh and connected to how people actually engage with digital experiences.
Interests that shape my work
- Product books and operator-led writing on strategy and execution
- Coding side projects where design and implementation meet
- Travel and local food scenes that broaden perspective and pattern recognition
- Latest game releases for onboarding, interaction, and systems design inspiration
