I work closely with product and engineering to clarify complex problems and make design decisions in ambiguous environments. At INNEO I also mentored 3 to 4 designers. My focus is on creating clarity between product, engineering, and design so teams can move quickly while still delivering thoughtful user experiences.
Running design work
Within product teams, I help structure design work so complex problems become manageable and decisions are easier to make.
- Breaking down complex product challenges into clear design problems and user journeys.
- Facilitating design critiques and product reviews that improve quality without slowing delivery.
- Mentoring 3 to 4 designers at INNEO and supporting design consistency across projects.
- Using prototypes and walkthroughs to align stakeholders on solutions early.
Collaboration with product and engineering
Strong collaboration is essential when working on complex systems. I work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design solutions balance usability, technical feasibility, and business goals.

Design systems and scalable patterns
As products grow, consistency and scalability become critical. I contribute to design systems and reusable patterns that help teams move faster while maintaining quality.
